What we offer:

Support coordination (Level 2 and Level 3) and Direct Supports
Matched with skilled workers that suit your needs and preferences
We complete all NDIS Documentation (including updating NDIS consent, Implementation Report, 9-month progress reports and Plan Reviews) all of these are uploaded via NDIA PACE System.
Information on your NDIS rights and we work with your NDIS goals documented on your plan.
We work alongside government departments, schools, special schools, allied health, medical teams and Social Work.
Everyone must have Compliance documents completed Eg; Support Plan, Emergency Plan and Vulnerability Assessments by our Compliance Team. We ask for your cooperation in completing these forms, as they are a NDIS Auditable Standard and non-negotiable.
